THE JOURNEY I DECEMBER 2024

About Black Star 400

Tim Swain’s Black Star 400 is an inspirational 400-mile run/walk fundraiser across Ghana in December 2024. This journey is not simply inspirational, it’s also commemorative. It will start, end, and pass through historically significant sites in transatlantic history such as Salaga Slave Market, Assin Manso, and El-Mina Castle.

What started as a small vision to help local communities is now a powerful mission that will provide essential resources to rural communities, educate emerging leaders through cultural immersion and empower youth with 21st century skills. Learn more.
